*In order to earn the double points the Leadership points associates must have achieved the leadership points requirement within the incentives period one of which must fall in BP8 in order for the double points to apply. E.g achieved new or requalified leadership between BP5-7 and maintained that leadership in BP8. Leadership development points are also only awarded if the personally enrolled associates are awarded their Leadership points.
