Dear Associate

In these uncertain times, the corporate staff want to share with you how we are managing the situation. As the situation continues to evolve and change, we will take measures to ensure the safety of the Mannatech community.

Our Customer Service Team have been receiving lots of queries on whether our deliveries are still being sent, the operation of the Warehouse and stock questions. You can be assured that our Warehouse is in full operation and stock is available and will be until we advise otherwise. Deliveries from our Warehouse are still taking place. To help keep all information in one place, please revert back to this blog , which will be updated as required.

Orders:
As of 25th March, we have no disruption currently to orders, however, this may change based on the evolving situation. See updated Backorder information or our market below.

Staff:
The health of our head office staff, associates and customers are of upmost importance during this time. Our head office will continue with business as usual, with  remote working now implemented to ensure we can continue to serve.

Events:
The NZ Connect with Mannatech Event was cancelled. All tickets for the event will be fully refunded in light of the situation.

The corporate team will be reviewing the Calendar of Events, in light of these circumstances and how we can continue to stay connected using online platforms.

Backorders:

As per our previous email sent to all Associates on Friday 20th March, we have the following stock updates.

Advanced Ambrotose 120 Caps
After the leadership call on Wednesday 18^th March, we will now release backorders for January and February only for this product.

Mannaboom
Due to a recent increase in demand, Mannaboom is now on backorder. We are working to replenish our supply as soon as possible. To manage this backorder, Mannaboom will temporarily be taken off the website for ordering.

SPORT with Ambrotose
Due to supply issues, we are now on backorder of SPORT.
We anticipate our next delivery middle of April. To manage this backorder, SPORT will temporarily be taken off the website for ordering.

Manapol
Due to supply issues, we are now in backorder of Manapol. We anticipate our next delivery in the next week.
